I'd like to propose that starting this year, trades can be approved by any GM not involved in said deal. This will avoid delays and having to chase down a fat cat to approve a deal. We've never had a trade that couldn't go through because it was too lopsided, so the only issues are making sure players & picks are identified and owned by the right people.
I'll make up the draft pick tracker for 15/16, and as long as the picks in a trade are updated on the board, anyone should be able to approve. Just make sure the goddamn picks are right.
