It has come to my attention that I was in violation of the Cap Hit 74M at the start of the season.(Swat is at home crunching the numbers). I have Chris Kreider as making 0.8M when his Cap Hit is actually 2.475M. I figure that I was in violation until the 19th of October, when Eric Staal (8.25M) was placed on the IR. This equates to roughly the first 5 or 6 games. By the time Staal had come back I had traded with Omalley and dumped a little bit of Cap. If anyone wants to delve deeper, feel free. I feel that it ultimately worked out in the wash as I would have played Tanner Pearson(0.7525) a bit earlier who had amassed 6 goals 2 assists 4 pims 9SOG and was an amazing +7 up until the 19th. I would have been forced to put Desharnais (3.5 2way) in the minors. Desharnais had 0 goals 3 assists 2 pims 7SOG and was a mediocre if not terribly crappy +6. However, I realize that the league will not see it my way and I will require a pee pee slap from the commish. I have 3 solutions.
a) I bench Tyler Johnson (averaging over a point per game) for 5 games b) the league rewards the flames with the difference in goals, assists etc. between Pearson and Desharnais. c) Flames resign from the SFHL for good and all you vultures can pick at the corpse.
In conclusion, I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uhmmm, some people out there in our nation don't have maps and uh, I believe that our, I, education like such as, uh, South Africa, and uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and I believe that they should, uhhh, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., uh, should help South Africa, it should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future, for us and for the SFHL.
please have mercy on my soul.
sincerely,
CALGARY FLAMES CAP HIT 66.6M (legit...I think)

I would say since no one noticed it and you brought it up yourself, I'm fine with letting it slide... or if we need to for protocol since others have probably been wrist slapped - sit him for 3 games.

Alright I'll sit Johnson for three games, I wouldn't want an asterisk beside my 6th place finish, provided I can hang on.

Try your best for 6th. If you don't believe me, ask the Red Wings what 7th place feels like. He knows all about it.

Hey, you're supposed to be rooting for me! I'm representing the little guy - the common SFHLer standing up against the monster that is the jets/pens/former avs/oilers-before-they-went-all-oilerey. My rise from 7 years of mediocrity. I am your hope!
