Kings and Leafs make the trade.
Tuna and the boys moved Bernier....with the great death with Quick and Allen this move could be made. So lets see how it breaks down...Kings get Palat who is a 2way contract helps with moving salary etc into farm if needed. He adds some secondary scoring but also big asset in plus/minus..J.Lehtera again is a 2way is a on a good streak so far this season top 40 in overall in the SFHL. But one sense is this guy may slow down come xmas time..time will tell:) Kevin Connauton is just a prospect he has some offence and a good shot but only see this guy as depth-No.6...Man oh man 2015 first rounders, is it a elite draft class? maybe um yes it is so teams are stocking up on 1st rounders and your going to land a good-great prospect.3rd rounder in 2016 adds more assets to Kings and Tuna..
Leafs add a goalie in J.Bernier who can be a good-great starter, leafs hope for great...Perron can play both wings, and is a goal scorer (1 goal hmm) but gets a guy that really does give 100% in gally heres a player that will never be "star" but a good nhl regular who should be 40-50pts and add some secondary cats/stats...aleast leafs add 2nd entry 2015..as noted there will be a few good prospects still left in the second forsure...5th ufa is a non-starter at this time.
Tuna did some good here he helps his team up at the forward position, adds all 2way contracts so again some flexibility if needed...which can go along way..Will Leafs be a lottery team (bottom 5) hmm no I dont think so Kooch is much better gm then that his boys just need to find that next gear or oh no....thought Kooch might of put a lottery protected pick for that first round...i guess he feels he wouldnt be there at the end of the season...going to give it to the kings as they add that 1st rounder (if he can draft good he gets a tier 1 style prospect) gets two players in Palat and Lehrea are on the cusp on tier 2 players in the sfhl. Prove me wrong but Connauton may stick somewhere or just a player on farm picking the weeds as time goes on...

no mention of Dick, Commish?? come on!!! he's the glue in this deal for me... wouldn't have stuck with out some Dick!! gotta mention the Dick, Virgs!!

oops not use to his name being Dick Palik, could be a useful player for the leafs moving forward. He adds depth and could maybe shoot up the 3rd line
