The Flyers have picked up D Nick "the sniper" Holden ($.600, 2-way) from Edmonton in exchange for Edmonton's 3rd round entry in 2015 which Philly had acquired in the Sedins/Bergeron + Parise deal.
To fill the void, Edmonton re-calls Patrick Wiercioch ($2, 2-way, 1CU). New cap hit is $65.941.
To make room for Holden, Philadelphia waives D Shane O'Brien ($2 mill). New cap of 67.821
Once approved, O'Brien waiver post will be added by the Flyers GM.
