cannot finish trade since Huskin was on the IR , there will be too many roster spots for the whalers to add Ledba
Second should teams be allowed to trade players on the IR?
or should they take them off the IR before doing the trade?
or they can but must make all the arangements since the IR doesn't count as a roster spot

i thought we had a ruling that stated you had to take guys off the IR to trade them, but again, maybe i am mistaken. it makes more sense to do it that way since they arent officially on your roster when on the IR

well, im gonna place meyer on the IR, then add huskins, then lebda will replace huskins, shanny will replace macarthur, the trade got finalized when i out boozin, so i didnt get a chance to do it before it got sent in.

I don't understand this rule... why can't an injured player be traded? He should be able to stay on the IR throughout the trade... I dont get it.

he can't Yahoo doesnt allow this to happen when I am dropping players.
