waitout for someone else on league office to final approval ..I say Baily is a soft-cap 1way
As there where multiple moves, and had to confirm no players on the IR
* as with this move there were many many players shifting teams, locations and homes...IF you can place a player on the IR+ (DTD/ETC) please do so as this gives league office veiwership of all players in play and that of any rule violations. Thanks for your time and continue support

i think bailey is a soft player
b) Teams will only be allowed a set number of times to waive 1 way players (3 soft cap)

I agree that Doughty is a major player and to a lesser extent Briere (who still blows) but its not like im burying a richards or something who makes 7 mil.... Thats my defense of those moves |

I said the same for anisimov but he was counted against the soft cap of three for me as said the commish

ya I disagree with that as well..Anisimov shouldnt count...it should just be star players or players that make a ton of money in my opinion. Or else why have this waiver wire in the first place if you cant waive people?  |

COMMISH sees all and overseas all
APPROVAL has been accepted to the LAK and COL on this deal ...please adjust rosters as such
Tuna thanks for your response in this matter regarding the soft cap of 3 (1way) players
again something that you the gms need to chat about to your board of directors to get this switch back to old system
