Rule Change Voting Round Two

Gents,

There are 2 options that need a 2nd round of voting. Since there wasn't a 60% vote achieved, the 2 least popular options where removed and a vote on the remaining options will take place. With only 2 options available, Majority wins. Please respond as last time via PM. Voting deadline is Dec 12. Commish will release the results when all voting is finalized.

1) GWG/SOG
The 2 most popular options voted both have Shut-outs as a stat category going forward. The vote will be whether or not we change GWG to SOG or we keep as it.

1) A) Replace GWG with SOG
    B) Retain GWG

2) WAIVERS
The 2 most popular options both involve removing re-entry waivers.
Option A removes re-entry waivers and leaves the system as it currently stands (claiming team takes on 100% of the salary)
Option B also removes re-entry waivers and reverts back to the old waiver format (claiming team pays 50% of salary, while waiving team pays 50%)

2) A) Keep as is and Remove Re-Entry Waivers 
    B) Change to old waiver system and remove Re-entry waivers

I would like to recognize each and everyone who puts in the time and commitment to make sure this league runs smoothly. I understand we can't be 24/7 on this league and thats fine...With apps and WorldWideWeb everywhere this allows gms to quickly update ones lineup and check the board/msg from time to time, say once a week. Enjoy the Holidays and All the best to you and yours over the Christmas Break. I enjoy your company and love of the sport and league. As well I will see some of you on the 27th for are Annual Christmas Party, of course wives, and spouses are more then welcome to bring some Christmas cheer to the House that Virgo Build
