Players on our teams for All-star line ups
Team Red Goligoski Giroux Larsson Toews Timonen Burns Getzlaf Niskanen Green Lundqvist
Team Blue Bieksa Jack johnson Havlat Nash Datsyuk Malkin Doughty Thronton Pietrangelo Phaneuf Patrick Kane Bobby Ryan Kulikov Quick
Quick's all-star stats are 36 wins, 1.53 GAA and 937 S%. Impressive
I'm bored, so I'm watching the computer simulation, and will give details.
- Malkin grabs the puck in a quagmire and scores the first goal, from Havlat and Thornton. Beat Lundy high blocker side - Kane tries to snipe far side, from hash marks. Lundy with a excellent pad save End of 1st - all Blue so far - Timonen gets 2 for Cross-checking, Blue on PP - Lundy stood tall on PK, this game might end 1-0 End of 2nd - Red is coming back, goalies playing well - Ryan lays out Kane against the boards. They are playing hard today - Hit after hit after hit right now! Apparently they don't know this is an all-star game. - Quick with a nice glove save. Made it look easy - WHAT?! Havlat sneaks one by Lundy, but was going wide. Malkin gets it, and hits post. Lundy recovers - Lundy with a diving save. TSN highlight of the night - Weak shot by Green, but still a good glove save by quick. - Quick with great positioning, stops Getzlaf in close on a rebound. - Datsyuk dekes infront of net, but shoots wide End of 3rd - wild period.
Blue wins 1-0
3 stars 1. Malkin 2. Quick 3. Lundqvist

alright folks, the season is over and playoff match ups set.
1. Winnipeg 133pts 2. Carolina 128pts 3. Philadelphia 127pts 4. Vancouver 125 5. Montreal 122pts 6. Los Angeles 121 pts 7. Pittsburgh 120pts 8. Calgary 118pts 9. Chicago 118pts (nailed that guess) 10. Toronto 117pts 11. Colorado 115pts 12. Anaheim 113pts 13. Detroit 105pts 14. Edmonton 102pts 15. St. Louis 99pts 16. Phoenix 88pts
My predictions were so-so. GM Schmitt had the biggest positive jump, meanwhile GM's Grass and Rackley cannot be happy with my xbox and this simulation. Lots of their players had off years. for those wondering, Craig Smith had 50pts on my 2nd line, imagine the numbers on my top line!!! I'll be gone for the weekend, but will get the playoffs done by monday probably. Then the hard part begins, I should be able to get the formulas right on Excel, and make something good. We shall see.
Unfortunately since we had unbalanced teams in the conferences...2 teams didn't make the playoffs. St. Louis and Phoenix. As for everyone else...here's the match ups.
WEST
VAN 1 EDM 8
LA 2 DET 7
CHI 3 ANA 6
CGY 4 COL 5
EAST
WPG 1 NYI 8
PHI 2 TB 7
MTL 3 TOR 6
CAR 4 PIT 5
let the tarsh talk begin!!! or not, whatever.
let me end this with a line from a song, I think it will commemorate the season. "Back seat, windows up. That's the way you like to fuck." Ludacris

Leafs vs. Habs 1st round matchup... A gem for the CBC. I'll take the Leafs in 6 in that matchup. The East is gonna be tight. Not so much in the West. The top seeded Canucks should roll into the cup finals with relative ease. I'll say they meet the Jets in the final and take them down in 7. Lucic the OT hero.

I'm also liking the looks of the LA vs DET series. Is Rinne capable of a big upset here? I'm stay up late to watch this one on TSN2.

well boys the real games begin...and Habs should be able to use vetern leadership to get aleast to the conference finals..with the likes Marleau, Elias, Iginla, Toews and Sharpie...plus 2 way stud David Backes .. snipers Jamie Benn and Bonvista Ryder and crushing Nathan Horton... and the best overall D
P.S as long as there not injured
