Way to go Danno! As a loving and caring new uncle, I'll be sure this child understands how his father overrates the likes of Lidstrom, Yzerman, Datsyuk, and Zetterberg. We'll try to tear him away from the dark side!

Thanks Commish, I'm happy to expand my amateur scouting staff.
And Cambo - You put one ounce of blue on my kid and you and I are finished. Lidstrom - greatest Dman of all time. Yzerman - greatest captain to ever lace up the skates. Datsyuk - Best Alien athlete in ANY sport. Zetterberg - Sweet beard and OK guy.

A couple things to that... 1. Yzerman had a small fraction of the leadership skills of Phaneuf. 2. Lidstrom and Chelios don't even compare to the greatness of McCabe and Kaberle in their prime. Can openers, and the unexpected one timer play.... Good stuff. Maybe come close to the tandem of Berg and Lumme. Maybe. The kids gonna want to know the truth one day.  |
