Next season we will be looking at a different format somewhat like the NHL in that it will be a % for the bottom 5 teams for the 1st overall pick...take a look as you notice vancity, flyers withere 2pts from the draft lottery (bottom 3)....
15 balls in total
16th/1 - 5 balls (33%)
15th/2 - 3 balls (20%)
14th/3 - 2 balls (13%)
13th-9th/8-4 - 1 ball (.06%)

teams can only move 2 spots up or down in the draft order
or
do it nhl style 4 spots up and move only 2 down
* a single selection from the lottery pool is made, with the winning team improving its draft pos by up 4 spots. (this gives the 4th and 5th team a crack at the 1st overall pick)....we have been playing for awhile and I feel its time to not reward the bottom 3 anymore

Anyone... what's the UFA birthyear for overagers in this years draft? Youngest we can draft this year is a 1988 or 89?

1988 and 100 or fewer GP is an overage prospect in 12/13 (Drafted in the UFA draft). '89's under 100GP are regular Prospects (Drafted in the Entry draft).
