To Hartford:
5th Ufa 2012 Pens
Stefan Noesen - prospect
To Pittsburgh:
Victor Hedman - 900K
Krys Barch -838K - Whalers use their 3rd signing and then trade him
Pens moves:
Hedman takes Brett Clark spot (1.5M) - 2 way and Barch takes Benoit Pouliut (1.1M) - 2 way
New cap hit: 68.824M
Hartford to post moves tomorrow
Seeking league approval

I think we should try to hold off on approving deals until all details are posted... I feel like that's kinda the point of having deals approved.

Interesting... so commish, whats the status here? Campbell was unable to be signed at the time due to cap restrictions, and the proceding trade is yet to be approved.
Looks to me like all the parts are there for good transactions, they just need to be completed in proper order.

technically "barring the Whalers side of things is good to go" covers it for not being approved until the Whale posts their shit.
So if the Pens picked up Barch and or Hedman for stats - they should be deleted if possible. If not possible, a roster freeze should occur.

-send down scott hannan $1,000,000 (2way)
-whalers trade hedman, barch to pitts
whalers callup -
jake dowell $800,000 (2way) (1st callup)
mark fistric $1,000,000 (2way) (1st callup)
