just a question....doesn't galiardi have to clear waivers to come back up to Racks team? If not that should be the way it is

thats not how we do it, the team getting the player just needs to place him on the 22man roster....and no league does that, only europe/khl signings

4) Trading 1 way contract players that cleared waivers (farm team) -player can be traded but must report to the teams acquring active roster
